Chris Yoakum, MSIT (Masters of Science in IT/InfoSec)

I have a passion for service, a knack for technology, the heart of a teacher, and I listen as a leader.

I believe all humans have a purpose on Earth.  I believe God created us to use our talents in ways that glorify Him and serve other humans.  I yearn to serve others through my talents... understanding technology, creating music and simply listening to those in need.

Quick background...

My technical career began in the U.S. Air Force.  My active duty years were spent troubleshooting and repairing radar equipment on F-111's and F-16 fighter aircraft.

I completed a Bachelor of Science degree which began my career in a Nashville recording studio.  I discovered my passion for music engineering and I also realized my natural tendency to act as I/T Systems Administrator and Network Engineer wherever I landed.

During my time as a full-time music engineer and studio manager, I have worked with and met many great artists and producers.

I now have been a full-time Systems Administrator for multiple non-profit organizations for at least 12 years.  During this time, I completed a Master of Science Degree in IT (MSIT) with an emphasis on Information Security.

My hobbies are... growing with my 3 children, music engineering, riding motorcycles, CrossFit workouts and golf.
